My favorite Concentra article is: ‘ Metabolic Syndrome‘  and the BMI -  ‘Body Mass Index‘ . 

BMI: Body Mass Index  Multiply your weight by 703 then divide by your height in inches.  Then divide the result by your height in inches again.  >18.5 and <24.9 is healthy.
